Jfc… tone it down with the redundant translator notes will ya?
When a person says they’re gonna impersonate XYZ and then start singing, you don’t need to put in a note stating that the person they’re impersonating is a singer. Its fukken obvious ain’t it?
These things are popping up constantly and stay on the screen for not even a full second. You expect everyone to pause the videos every five seconds to read something irrelevant as how much 10000Yen are in USD?
Learn some restraint – or start putting in those infos in an extra post. Like books are using their glossary.
Just found your site, I’ve had to search YouTube for what seems like forever to find snippets of the annual batsu usually not translated if I did find them. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all your hard work subbing these. And the extra cultural notes like what something is referencing, who someone is or so forth it makes the experience better in my opinion anyway. Hope you all had a merry Christmas and have a Happy New year.
