I think you should be more sensitive. Their life isn’t to serve you. They have a life too. It is nice of them to take them out of their busy life to do this. If you don’t want to wait, then learn Japanese.
I’m sure they have jobs and have to focus on them too, because I doubt that your 10 dollar donations every two weeks helps them to survive. Also you should learn what is donation in first place. Refunding donation is pretty scummy. Your donation never meant that they will be releasing a part every week. Maybe you should start paying them a full salary and then demand for anything? Well either you are a bunch of kids who never worked and earned money or just idiots.

Well we can all complain, demand donation money back and all that but in the end, seems like you still haven’t realized that these great guys/gals are doing this on their free time.
Quality checker might be on a trip or whatever and translators might have family issues or on a trip themselves. I wished myself that this batsu would be finished to this weekend since my vacation is about to end but I’ll just have to save myself to another weekend then. It’s just as simple as that.
Imagine what it would be like if no one would translate these…

Should’ve seen how long part 7 took. Almost 2 months. Last year’s batsu game took only 2 months and 1 week to release. Come to think about it…
